About The Event
Improving Malaria Outcomes in Children Under 5 through Strengthening Integrated Community Case Management and electronic Community Health Information Systems
Join us for another enlightening session in the ALAMIME Alumni Webinar Series as we focus on improving malaria outcomes among children under five—one of the most vulnerable populations affected by the disease. This webinar will explore how strengthening Integrated Community Case Management (iCCM) and enhancing electronic Community Health Information Systems can significantly improve early diagnosis, treatment, reporting accuracy, and overall program performance at the community level.
Using practical field experiences and district-level insights, the session will highlight effective strategies, implementation challenges, and lessons learned in optimizing community health structures to deliver timely and life-saving malaria interventions. Participants will gain valuable knowledge on how digital systems and empowered community health workers can transform malaria services for children in resource-limited settings.
