Community participation remains one of the most powerful pillars of sustainable malaria control. As countries continue to make progress in reducing malaria burden, the long-term success of malaria interventions increasingly depends on empowering communities to actively participate in monitoring, accountability, and decision-making processes. Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) provides a people-centered approach that enables communities to identify service delivery gaps, strengthen health systems, promote accountability, and ensure that malaria interventions effectively reach those who need them most.
