His expertise spans diagnosis, treatment, and the comprehensive management of various illnesses and diseases, showcasing a profound understanding of patient care.
With a robust background in Public Health, Dr. Falama excels in disease prevention, control, outbreak response, surveillance, and data management. His involvement in clinical and operational research further enriches his skill set and contributes to innovative healthcare solutions.
Dr. Falama is distinguished by his exceptional leadership and management capabilities, having navigated both clinical and non-clinical realms of healthcare. Collaborating closely with community stakeholders, government sectors, and local/international partners, he has held prominent leadership roles within the Ministry of Health, including Medical Superintendent at District Hospitals and District Medical Officer. Currently, he serves as the esteemed Program Manager for the National Malaria Control Program at the Ministry of Health in Sierra Leone.
